HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR MY ORDER?
We only sell true to size. You should choose according to your usual size. If you're buying a player version jersey, choose one size up.
DO YOU DELIVER ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?
No, we only deliver to Europe and America.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Delivery times are 2 to 4 weeks from the date of your order.
WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT UPDATING?
Some of our tracking numbers are updated as soon as they arrive in the destination country. Please be patient and don't worry. Your order has been shipped and will be delivered.
WHY DOES MY TRACKING SIGN SAY "NUMBER NOT FOUND"?
As previously explained, you may have to wait until the package arrives in its destination country for the tracking to update. You may also see "Order created" or a similar message. In any case, rest assured that we have shipped your order and that it will be delivered to you.
WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING TIME TO BE SHIPPED?
Our team is working hard to process orders as quickly as possible. If an order is taking a long time to ship, it may be because one or more items are out of stock and you may have to wait a few days.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER: HOW DOES IT WORK?
You can modify your order up to 24 hours after placing it. After this time, you will have to wait for receipt and then return it to us for a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Orders with flocking or patches cannot be returned.
